I've stood where your team stands.

I'm a beauty therapist by trade, and I've spent my career inside businesses like yours. I've worked with Soho House Group, Cowshed and Elemis, in pubs, restaurants and cafés across London, in hotels in Ibiza, and for high end ski companies in the French Alps.

Along the way I've planned treatment menus, sourced products, set up spas, and designed treatment room, bar and office layouts. I know what a badly organised space costs you in minutes, in mood and in money, and I've dealt with the customers nobody wants at the front desk.

These days I combine that hands-on experience with practical AI. Not tech for tech's sake, just tools that quietly handle the admin so you and your team can do the work you're actually good at.
